We can seek for knowledge not yet revealed, after we have walked out what we already know.

Knowledge can be a stumbling block to one who has not walked out what they already know.

 There are some things that God is not ready to reveal to us yet, until we have learned certain things.  

 When we grow in the Lord and can handle His word correctly, and have bore fruit from our growth, then we are ready for more knowledge to walk out in our Christian life.

 2 Peter 3:16-17
as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction , as they do also the rest of the scriptures.

 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with error of the wicked;

Beloved, we are to grow in the grace of God, backed by the love of God, and the knowledge, knowledge of Jesus and how He does certain things, always out of love.

 We know knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.

 The knowledge that Paul's doctrine of grace as expressed in his letters, has been perverted by untaught by unstable persons. He had to address this in 2 Peter.

I have been in meetings where a proud person will speak up and say something out of context, believing they know what they are talking about, when in fact they were all wrong on the issue.

 That is sad. This is why the Lord said to make disciples, not converts. People can transfer membership, and sign a paper and sit in church never have been discipled. Trained as in son-ship.

 Converts will get their feelings hurt easily and leave, whereas a disciple will understand that there is going to be discipline on their journey of spiritual growth.

 Information that has been received from a wrong source, can do more harm than good. 

 We are to rightly divide the word of truth!

 God's word is always truth, but someones explanation of that truth can lead others astray, cause fear and doubt.

 Jesus, corrected the pharisees, and the lawyers of his day, they had some truth mixed with a lie, and a lot of religious ideas that sounded good, but were in fact wrong from God's point of view.

 Beloved, walk out what you know of the Lord, and when you are ready, the Holy Spirit will impart more truth and knowledge to you, so that you will bear much more fruit of the Spirit.

 2 Peter 3:18
but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to Him be the glory both now and forever.

 We will never know all things perfectly, until we get to heaven, but, we can learn and walk closer than ever before as we obey God's word.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. We need air in order to breathe. When we receive Jesus we have His breath, breathing through our lungs. When we breathe, we speak the name of God. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
