Talking to Father God, prayer that makes a difference.

Spending quality time talking to our Father in heaven is a great way to start your day and end your night.

Asking for nothing, just enjoying His presence, and telling Him how much you love Him, Honor and appreciate Him. That you are in Awe of Him.

We are the temple of the Lord and Jesus said, "His Fathers house is a house of prayer.

Matthew 21:12-13
Then Jesus went into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and over turned the tables of money changers and the seats of those who sold doves.
And He said to them, "It is written "My house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves.

1Corinthians 3:16
Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

Since we are the temple of God, as Jesus said, God's temple is a house of prayer, then we should be praying and communicating with our Father on a regular basis.

Just like Jesus did.

Not just when someone asks for prayer, but we are to pray continually about everything and for all people.

1Timothy 2:1-4

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.

For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.

Beloved, prayer is so important, we have no idea, how a whispered prayer has made a great difference in others lives and our own.

Remember the old song, "prayer is the key to heaven and faith unlocks the door.

Pray for those that irritate you the most, they need Jesus too.
Pray for all our country leaders, that God will turn their hearts toward Him.

Pray for all Pastors and ministers as missionaries, as they are on the front lines, and oversee your soul.

Remember that prayer is just talking to God our Father, He loves to hear from us so that He may impart something refreshing to our spirit.

Just like He did for Jesus, when Jesus got alone and prayed, and spent time with His Father.

Prayers from the heart, do not need a lot of words, in fact the bible says we are not heard for our many words.

Matthew 6:7
"And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words.
Therefore do not be like them.  For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.

Beloved, it does not take fancy, clever words to get to the Father heart, He already knows if you really love Him.

Like you, I have been in prayer groups where the people tried to out do each other in the way they prayed
It was coming from their head, didn't seem to be from their heart.

You could sense the difference. Pray from your heart, not your head.

He reads our heart, and it doesn't take a lot of words to convince Him of anything, so stop with the many words, He's not impressed, unless, they are praise to Him, and admiration to Him, and worship.

God Bless your day
Jesus loves you
