God has a faithful remnant that will not compromise their faith in Christ Jesus.
God will always have a remnant of believers who will remain faithful, especially under pressure.
Remember what the Lord said to Elijah? When he thought he was the only one left after the Jezebel assault on Israel.
Elijah the great prophet ran in fear from the words that Jezebel had spoken about his demise. He ran into a cave only to have God confront him
1Kings 19: 11-18
Then He said, Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord." And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rock in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire, a still small voice.
So it was, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out of the cave.
Suddenly a voice came to him and said, What are you doing here Elijah?" And he said "I have been very zealous for the Lord God of hosts; because the children of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, tore down Your altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. I alone am left; and they seek to take my life. (Self-pity, fear)
(jumping to verse 18) God speaking to Elijah.
"Yet I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth not kissed him.
God had His remnant during Ahab and Jezebels reign.
Ezekiel 6:8
"Yet I will leave a remnant, so that you may have some who escape the sword among the nations, when you are scattered through the countries.
Joel 2:32
And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord, shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as the Lord has said, Among the remnant who the Lord calls.
You see Beloved, God always has a remnant, a faithful people who will remain faithful unto death, if need be.
I pray you are part of that remnant of faithful disciples of Jesus. Sharing His love and salvation wherever you go.
It is going to get rough soon and we need to prepare our heart, that no matter what happens we will remain faithful to Jesus and His people, that we will stand strong in the Lord.
Millions are coming to the Lord all over the earth, great revival is already taking place, we know time is speeding up and the Lord is coming. Rejoice our redemption is near!!
God Bless your day
