Remember Satan is a defeated foe, He has to tresspass to get to us.
Don't give the enemy the time of day. He has always wanted to be worshipped.
When we give him too much credit in a sense we are giving him the attention he craves.
Jesus defeated Satan, he made a spectacle of him, Jesus triumphed over him.
To many people are trying to cast out flesh, we must make certain that who we minister to has received Jesus as Savior, that's number one, I have found that it seems to take care of a lot of time counseling.
You will know them by their fruit. Be a fruit inspector. That's permitted, just don't judge them. No fruit, no Jesus in their heart, that is unless they are a new babe, in that case it will take time for some of the attributes of the Spirit to develop.
Don't ever assume just because someone goes to church that they know the Lord.
I have known people that can quote scriptures and have never committed themselves to the Lord.
No one comes to Jesus except that the Holy Spirit draws them. Some people just are not ready yet, so all you can do is pray for them to get ready and received the Lord.
All the phycology in the world, will never change a soul, only the Holy Spirit drawing them to Jesus, that will provide the power for change, as they learn to cooperate with the Holy Spirit.
Satan is defeated, those are not just words, that is a fact!
Colossians 2:14-15
Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.
Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me, " says the Lord.
Satan's weapons cannot touch us, unless we make a place for him.
Ephesians 4:26-27
"Be angry, and do not sin" do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.
Being angry is a normal emotion, it is ok to be angry, just do not hold onto that anger, or you will open yourself up and make a place for the devil.
Deal quickly with any issue that causes your emotions to rise up, call out to the Lord, and ask for help. It is there for the asking. We have the power, not Satan and his imps.
Our weapons are the blood of Jesus, and the word of our testimony, from God's word.
God Bless your day
