All scripture is God breathed, as we read it, it pours life and light into us.

The bible does not just contain the word of God, it is the word of God.  Our life's manual, it will tell us how to live on this earth in our new faith, when trusting Jesus as our  Savior and Lord.

God breathed,  this is the product of God's creative breath.
As we read God's word His very breath is on that word.

Isaiah 55:11
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;  It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

It will bear life!

2Timothy 3:16-17
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, (Teaching) for reproof, ( proving, a test or rebuke, to expose hidden sin) for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
That the man of God may be complete (mature), thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Do feel like you are fully equipped for the work that God has called you to do? As believers, we all have an assignment while on this earth.

According to this scripture, God has made a statement that His word will thoroughly equip you, so that you will lack nothing to do the work of the Lord.

Have you ever been reading a verse and all of the sudden you feel like the Lord is speaking directly to you on a matter?  Well, He is, God's word will expose those things in our heart that will contaminate our lives.
Things that we have forgotten about, but now through the word of God, the Holy Spirit is revealing it to us. Correction will take place.

It is God breathed to correct us, and to cleanse us and heal us, and give us great joy, because we belong to the family of God.

The word of God is a two edged sword.

Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and powerful, sharper than any two- edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

In other words, the bible will read you as you read it. It goes all the way to the marrow of our bones, both natural and spiritually speaking.

We do have spiritual bones as well as natural. You have heard of your spiritual backbones?

How can people not believe in our God?  Our body speaks loudly that there is a creator. 
When we hold things in our heart that does not belong there, our joints will ache. Bitterness causes a rotting of the bones. (Arthritis)

God's word will cut through that, expose the hidden sin, and then He will heal you.
Two-edged sword will do the work, if you will allow it to. It will cut and heal.

Beloved, apply the word of God to your situation, it is powerful, it will do the job that it is sent to do.
Do you want to live the abundant life Jesus spoke of, then read and study and know the word of God, don't just hear it, do it. Read it out loud!  Your brain will recognize its creators words, and your body will respond.

SCIENCE AND THE BIBLE.

Science proves that God's word has it right for sustaining our life. Science says, that we need   four basic elements to sustain life and survive. We need air, water, food, and light. We have it all in Jesus, if we have received Him as our Lord. Science is right. It has proven God's word is true. Acts 17:25 (Paul was speaking about the Unknown God to the men in Athens) Nor is He worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, Since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. JESUS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BUTLER, HE IS THE SON OF GOD.

SOME BELIEVERS THINK THAT JESUS IS A GLORIFIED BUTLER.  Whatever they ask for they will have, whether it is right or wrong.
