No matter what the task may be, God will bring us through to victory.
When we feel inadequate, and we all do, from time to time, know that Jesus in you is adequate. He is more than enough to bring us through to victory.
Feeling inadequate is a humbling thing, because we really are most of the time, just that. We know that greater is He that is in me, and we quote I can do all things through Christ, but we cannot do all things.
Can we stop the moon from shinning? Can we stop the sun from shinning? There are many things we cannot do, but what we can do is put our trust in the Lord and allow Him to carry us through.
In the natural if we draw on God's power we can prosper in all things in our life with Jesus.
Better said, I can do all things through Christ Jesus, because He will be doing the doing in us, and for us.
Philippians 4:13 (amplified bible)
I have strength for all things in Christ who empowers me-I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses inner strength into me, (that is, I am self-sufficient in Christ sufficiency). Better said for sure.
Only God almighty can do all things, we humans are limited by the house of flesh that we live in.
I understand what Paul was saying, he knew that only Christ in him could do all things, but he is making a point that with Jesus living inside of us ,we are not limited.
He was stating that he can be without food and things or have plenty and whatever state he finds himself in, he is content. That's what he meant when he said he can do all things through Christ.
I have heard that verse used in the wrong way, as I am sure you have also, we need to keep God's word in context.
2Timothy 2:15
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
This is what will bring us into our victory. Knowing what God says about a thing and knowing that we fight from victory not for victory, because we have already won.
See yourself as a winner, no matter how hard it seems to be right now, you have already won, you are not a victim, you are a victor!! You are the righteousness in Christ Jesus.
God bless your day
Jesus loves you, Love in Jesus
