ARE WE SAVED BY GRACE ALONE? WE MUST HAVE TRUTH ALSO. GRACE AND TRUTH ARE CONNECTED.
We must understand that grace and truth are connected, they cannot be separated. John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. We must trust the truth of God's word to experience His grace. (Unmerited favor) It's all Jesus. He is grace and truth. Beloved, did you know that Jesus never mentions grace in the gospels? He did however, say that He is the way, the truth and the life. But He sure did demonstrate grace and truth wherever He went. We must believe the truth that Jesus died for all our sins, and we must confess that with our mouth. Romans10:6-10 But the righteousness of faith speaks this way, "Do not say in your heart, "Who will ascend into heaven?"( that is to bring Christ down from above) or "who will descend into the abyss" (that is to bring Christ up from the dead), But what it does say?
