 OUR FREEDOM IS CONNECTED TO OUR KNOWING OF THE TRUTH OF GOD! John 8:32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. When we make something it takes time and wisdom of what we are making. We have to persevere and be patient. It's the knowing God's truth that will start the process of making us free.  Free from self desires, and the world. When studying God's word we begin to see the areas in our life that need to be made free. The Holy Spirit is delivering the word of truth that is needed. There are hidden truths that we must seek to find.  Some of them are hidden, because we are not ready to receive them.  It will take growing in the Lord. Some of those truth's are hidden from us for a season, because we have not believed them deep in our heart yet.  It is only head knowledge. There are times that we place God in our neat little box, our religious box. WRONG! It is because we have heard teaching that said he only does things a certain way.   His word tell us different. Ephesians 3:20-21 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. He is the Almighty God, who put the worlds in space and named all the stars. Psalm 147:4-5 He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name. Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. I heard years ago a message that said what we see God allow in the natural, we will see Him do in the spiritual. This is so true. Look through the years when we saw great pain and wickedness.  God turned it around. He saved and baptized the very ones who appeared to be leading the wrong way. We are seeing this again in our day.   No He did not! Because His word says that He has written them in our heart. Hebrews 10:16 ( also Jerimiah 31:31-33) "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord; I will put My laws into their hearts, and into their minds I will write them. Because of this we now know the difference between good and evil.  Jesus has given us new laws that He has written in our heart. The law of love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself. This covers all the other laws. The definition of law:  A rule of conduct or action prescribed or formally recognized as being enforced by a controlling authority. In this  case that is Jesus. Laws are a set of rules that are created and enforced, to regulate behavior. We see this in Paul's teaching, as well as James, John, and Peter. Trust God's word, even if you do not see the answer you expected. He has something better. Beloved, God is not in a hurry, He places people and things in our life to bring glory to Jesus. We hear a lot about having faith, but faith is trusting God no matter what things seem to be. Proverbs 3:5-8 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean NOT on your own understanding;  In ALL your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.  Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones. God's word says it all, if we have spiritual ears to hear Him. God will carry us through any trial, no matter what is looks like or feels like. This is where your faith and trusting in the Lord comes  in. God has set other believers around us who see a clearer picture than we do at times. They will give us good Godly counsel, of which our flesh will first resist. We must die daily to that stubborn flesh. Prov...

When we choose the worlds way of doing things and ignoring Him. Yes, we can. He is a Spirit and we have unmerited favor with Him. Galatians 1:9-12 As we have said before, so now I say again. If anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men?  For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ. But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is NOT according to man, For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. Beloved, the true gospel is the good news that Jesus paid for our sins. Washed them away. When we choose the worlds counsel, instead of the Holy Spirit's counsel we insult the Spirit of grace. God has given to us His unmerited favor (grace) So why would we hinder the Spirit of grace or frustrate Him. We can hinder and frustrate the Spirit of Grace by not believing Go...

Beloved, sometimes we allow things to enter our life, that we need to use our spiritual authority and our weapons on to get free to do the works of the Lord. John 14:12-13 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that My Father may be glorified in the Son. When we are attacked,  We must start using the authority and the weapons that we have in the Lord. The enemy will try and trespass in our life if we become complacent, lazy, and neglect our faith. There are times when we are self satisfied and not on our guard, we become slothful. Pride can be behind those attitudes. 1Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking who he may devour, Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world...
