KEEP YOUR FOCUS ON JESUS, NOT ON ALL THE WORLD IS DOING AND SAYING.

Have you noticed that the more the world turns its back on God, that the Holy Spirit moves mightily saving souls? The darker the world becomes, the brighter God children are shining. Matthew 5:14-16 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.  Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, it gives light to all who are in the house. LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE BEFORE MEN, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Recently, people are coming to salvation my the millions in all nations.  The Holy Spirit is moving mightily. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord raises a standard. Jesus is in the fight, like He was for Joshua Isaiah 59:19 So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. ARE WE SAVED BY GRACE ALONE? WE MUST HAVE TRUTH ALSO. GRACE AND TRUTH ARE CONNECTED.

  We must understand that grace and truth are connected, they cannot be separated. John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. We must trust the truth of God's word to experience His grace. (Unmerited favor) It's all Jesus.  He is grace and truth. Beloved, did you know that Jesus never mentions grace in the gospels? He did however, say that He is the way, the truth and the life. But He sure did demonstrate grace and truth wherever He went. We must believe the truth that Jesus died for all our sins, and we must confess that with our mouth. Romans10:6-10 But the righteousness of faith speaks this way, "Do not say in your heart,  "Who will ascend into heaven?"( that is to bring Christ down from above) or "who will descend into the abyss" (that is to bring Christ up from the dead), But what it does say? IT IS A MATTER OF THE HEART, GOD CARES ABOUT OUR HEARTS CONDITION.

  We should know the condition of our heart, when it matters to God. When preachers only quote Jeremiah 17:9-10, they leave it out of balance, as there is more from God about our heart. Jeremiah 17:9-10 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to the fruit of his doing. This is true, however there is another prophet later who added to what God said. Ezekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart  of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statues, and you will keep My judgements and do them. (When the Savior comes) I have heard preachers say that this is for the Jews, yes, but don't forget that we are grafted into the Jewish vine, so that is for us believers also. WE ALL HAVE THEM, OUR UPS AND DOWNS IN OUR LIFE IN JESUS.

When reading God's word we see that there are times we will experience some mountain top experiences. Feeling elated and so close to God. However, what we don't realize is that we cannot stay there, we must come down into the valley. It is in the valley that we learn to walk by faith and trust the Lord. We will have afflictions at times. 1Thessalonians 3:3-4 that no one should be shaken by these afflictions ;  for you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.  For in fact, we told you before when we were with you that we would suffer tribulation, just as it happened, and you know. Our greatest growth in the Lord is because of the valley experience. Those down times. When we learn to trust God's word and obey it. On the mountain top we will experience the supernatural, we feel such a closeness with Jesus. GOD'S LOVE LETTER TO HIS CHILDREN. PART 2

Read God's word and see how many times He chose to bless and not curse His people. God knows our every move and cares that we understand there is obedience to His word that will help us. God's word is a light unto our path.  Psalms 119:104-105 Through Your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path. God's word is rest for the weary, when we have not obeyed the word of God, we will become weary, anxious, and fearful, when we choose to do our own thing instead of what God tells us to do. Jesus loves us too much to leave us where He found us.  Praise God that he did find us searching for truth. Thy word is truth and Jesus is that word. So yes, there will be reminders for our spiritual growth that is needed. Will you squirm and try to fight the Holy Spirit? Yes, because the flesh always fights the Holy Spirit. GOD'S LOVE LETTER TO HIS CHILDREN. PART 1.

Do you realize that the bible is God's love letter to us?  It tell us of His love, compassion and forgiveness  , His guidance for us to live by. When a parent loves their children, that will include training and discipline. Proverbs 3:11-12 My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord. Nor detest His correction. For whom the Lord loves He corrects, just as  father the son in whom he delights. Look at the bible as a love letter to us.  Father is a parent that wants the best for His children because of His great love for us. Sometimes we go through pain and don't understand why. Remember the teaching about tough love? Sometimes God's correction doesn't seem like love, but it is just the same. Proverbs 13:24 He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly. The bible is not advocating to beat the child. WE REVEAL OUR FAITH, WHEN WE ARE OBEDIENT TO GOD'S WORD.

Let me ask you a question?  Can you have faith and be a believer without being obedient? No you cannot!! They are married together.  You cannot separate them. They are one. Romans 1:5-6 Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for OBDIENCE to the faith among all nations for His name, among whom you also are called of Jesus Christ. As a great man of God said " Only he who believes is obedient.  Only he who is obedient believes" Dietrick Bonhoffer. When we are obedient, we will live out our faith. Hebrews 3;18-19 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey? So we see that they could not enter in because of  unbelief. Have you been praying for a certain thing or persons, yet withholding something in unbelief? I do understand this action on your part, because I have also done the same thing.  Only to have the Holy Spirit correct me and tell me that I was nullifying my prayers with my actions.
